Northern Jet Management Welcomes Shawn Petersen as Director of Maintenance

Northern Jet Management is pleased to announce and welcome Shawn Petersen as the company’s new Director of Maintenance.

Petersen comes to Northern Jet Management with extensive experience in aviation maintenance. In his previous role as Assistant Director of Maintenance and QA/Maintenance Control Manager for Sky Quest based in Cleveland, Ohio, Petersen played an integral role in growing the company’s fleet from 8 to 20 aircraft in five years. As Northern Jet Management’s Director of Maintenance, Petersen will assist in the creation and implementation of ten or more new General Maintenance Manuals while maintaining the company’s high standard of quality, service, and safety as it continues to grow.

“Everyone I’ve met at Northern Jet has been outgoing and helpful,” said Petersen. “I am humbled to be a part of such a great organization.”

A father of two and self-proclaimed gear head, Petersen and his wife are excited to have their family in Michigan to take advantage of all the state has to offer.
