Northern Jet Management employees are treated to an exclusive weekend trip to Chicago!
Northern Jet Management, a corporate aviation management company, announced that today they are an approved Air Charter Safety Foundation (ACSF) Industry Audit Standard (IAS) Registered Operator. Northern Jet Management is currently one of only sixteen registered operators achieving these high standards of safety and compliance.

This fall at the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) convention, Mike Finch, VP of Sales for Northern Jet Management was presented a certificate from the National Aeronautic Association for their world speed record.
Northern Jet Management, one of the nation’s largest Learjet operators recognized nationally for its safety record, has set a world speed record from Grand Rapids, Michigan, to Naples, Florida, in a Bombardier Learjet 45XR aircraft. The speed over the recognized course was 492.50 mph. Northern Jet Management adhered to the highest safety and operational standards throughout the flight.

NJM is donating premier roundtrip air travel on one of our Bombardier Learjet 40XRs to South Bend, Indiana to see the Michigan State University Spartans take on the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the 2016 football season. This game will mark the 50thAnniversary of the 1966 “Game of the Century”, which was considered one of the greatest and most controversial games in college football history. Proceeds from the event help fund the Steve Smith Scholarship for Academic Achievement.
Northern Jet Management is delighted to once again sponsor the 5th Annual West Michigan Aviation Academy’s (WMAA) “Leaders of Tomorrow Gala”. The event featured Campbell Brown, award winning journalist, as the evening speaker, WMAA’s Remote Control Club display, and several aircraft on display.
Northern Jet employees were selected from the Northern Jet Management Christmas party raffle to win an exclusive weekend trip to Mackinac Island. The raffle winners were provided with a round trip flight and two night stay at one of Mackinac Island’s resorts. The employees, along with their guests, endured the cold weather to enjoy a nice weekend getaway.
Northern Jet Management was honored to host this year’s Pink Tie Guys fundraiser. Guests were able to enjoy an evening stocked with luxury cars, motorcycles, boats, and several Northern Jet aircraft. The highlight of the night was helicopter rides over downtown Grand Rapids.
Northern Jet Management has been providing its services on two Falcon 10 aircraft for the University of Notre Dame in support of the University’s multiple airborne laser research programs.
As part of the working relationship, five Northern Jet pilots have been assigned to the University of Notre Dame’s Airborne Aero-Optics Laboratory program, which facilitates flight testing of a Lockheed Martin developed turret for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and the Air Force Research Laboratory.
